When it come to creative advertising, Graeme has done it all.

He’s helped build the reputations of iconic BC brands, including White Spot, ICBC, Vancity, Return-It, WorkSafeBC, London Drugs, Port of Vancouver, FortisBC, United Way and dozens more. His work has garnered high recognition and over a billion views. Featured on Global News, NBC, and even on Jeopardy, his Movember campaign was regarded by the organization as their best campaign ever. 

Through his career he takes on the roles of a Senior Art Director (ACE Adobe Implementer), Writer, Director, Creative Director and Producer, often relied upon to navigate creative teams through complex integrated advertising campaigns. Today, Graeme manages two small businesses across retail and creative. Daily, he creatively collaborates with production companies, animation studios, VFX teams, creative teams, musicians and puppeteers for well-known Canadian and International brands.

Many accolades have been awarded for his work, including Applied Arts awards for innovative self promotion and guerrilla advertising. In two consecutive years his clients won Marketer of the Year in collaboration with creative campaigns for Vancity and White Spot Restaurants. In 2015, Graeme directed two commercials that gained industry attention and won two Canadian Applied Arts awards. He has also been featured several times on Best Ads on TV, Communication Arts and appeared as the feature on the cover of a popular Packaging and Design Magazine in China. Most recently he received an Industry Award in a creative competition.

A Few Select Career Highlights:
• Graeme’s first TV campaign for Drinking Driving Counterattack resulted in a reduction in the number of deaths related to drinking and driving. Over a decade and a half later they are still revered.
• Was the art director, creator and character designer of the original ‘Return-It Gang’ (Return-It Bottle Depots Mascots), a creative campaign that still exists today.
• Alex Trebek dawned his Movember creations on an aired episode of Jeopardy.
• Was the original designer of the famous White Spots’ Pirate Pak logo.
• Is responsible for the fun oversized lifejackets worn by the Laughing Statues at English Bay. (A stunt that went viral and triggered the ‘dressing up statues’ trend we still see today in Vancouver.)
• Live doodled to an audience of 40,000 viewers on the Periscope app.
• Was recognized as a feature inventor on Geekologie and the Star Wars official website.
• Created the very first Canuck meme posters in 2011 that went viral, but alas, did not help them win the cup.
